Good morning to our wonderful community! We at Marisola Parlour hope this post finds you well and in good spirits. We wanted to take a moment to extend our heartfelt thanks for the incredible support you've shown us over the past few weeks at various markets and events. It's been an absolute joy to see familiar faces returning to our stall and to meet so many new ones. Your stories and experiences with food sensitivities, whether for yourselves or your children, have truly touched our hearts and reaffirmed why we do what we do.

Shared Passion

The past few weeks have been bustling with activity, and we’ve loved every moment of it. From the lively Romford Market to local fairs and events in Havering and beyond, we've had the pleasure of engaging with so many of you. Sharing our passion for gluten-free, vegan treats has been immensely rewarding. Your enthusiasm and feedback have been our driving force, and we cherish the opportunity to connect with each of you on a personal level.



Celebrating Our Shared Journeys

We've shared stories about our experiences with food sensitivities and allergies, whether it’s for ourselves or our children. It's been heart warming to hear about your journeys and the ways you've navigated through similar challenges. Knowing that there are other families with similar experiences helps us to know that we are not alone. We believe that our interactions at these markets are more than just transactions; they are exchanges of support, understanding, and shared experiences. This community is what makes Marisola Parlour special, and we are grateful to be a part of it.

Choco 'Not' Chip Cookies

Creating our Choco 'not' Chip cookie was a journey of love and innovation. We wanted a cookie with a nutty flavour and texture but safe for those avoiding nuts. The result? A delightful gluten-free vegan chocolate chip cookie infused with the unique taste of toasted and caramelised butternut squash seeds. A lot of love and work goes into making something so simple yet special.

Cinnamon Spiced Bundt Cake
